Elvin Zimmerman will be offering a limited number of cheese making workshops this year.  Each workshop is a full day of hands-on training where participants will make a batch of Cheddar Cheese from start to finish.

Class dates:

            June 1st

Cost is $200 per person.  Class sizes are limited to 10 people;  all participants also recieve the book "Basic Cheese Making".  To reserve your spot, please contact:
